For me, travel has always been about the experience, not simply reaching a destination. I have largely traveled to North India, taking weekend trips to Himachal and across, often travelling solo and keeping my plans unplanned. Being a solo traveler, packing was often a last minute-affair, and travelling unplanned taught me how to pack last minute for a trip. I also loved staying with locals wherever I traveled. Specially in Himachal, staying with locals and understanding them became a part of my travels that will always be close to my heart. These experiences shaped how I travel and what I share on FoodRavel.
Travel Stories
Most of my travel stories have come from simply going somewhere and seeing where the road takes me. From weekend trips to Himachal and solo journeys through the Himalayas to unplanned stays that stretched far beyond what I had originally imagined, I have often travelled without a fixed itinerary. I have taken buses through the mountains, walked through unfamiliar streets, stayed with locals, explored old towns and villages, and found stories in places that were never part of the original plan. Here, I share those journeys through personal travel stories, destination experiences and the little moments that made each place worth remembering.
